Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guest Responsibilities

• Not engage in any illegal, disruptive, or antisocial behaviour on the premises.
• Not smoke inside any Property unless explicitly permitted.
• Not bring pets unless the Property is listed as pet-friendly and prior approval has been obtained.
• Comply with building rules, body corporate regulations, and local by-laws.

You may be held liable for any damage caused to the Property or its contents during your stay, and repair or replacement costs may be charged to you.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are shown on each Property page and in your booking confirmation.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and icons, is the property of Pro Demo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The underlying software platform remains the property of the Platform Provider.
