• Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a 100% refund (service fees excluded).
• Cancel 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund (service fees excluded).
• Cancel 7 days or fewer before check-in and the booking is non-refundable (0% refund).
• No refund is issued for early departure, no-shows, or cancellations made after check-in.
• All service fees are non-refundable.

Service Fees

Where a service or booking fee applies, it is shown before you confirm your booking and is non-refundable. The total you see at checkout is the full amount payable — there are no hidden charges.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.
